Who We Are

The Apartment Association of Central Texas was formed in 1977 and operates as a non-profit organization. The Purpose of AACT is to further the professionalism and integrity of the multifamily housing industry, through professional education, community awareness and affirmative legislation representation.

The AACT is a local affiliate of the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). We serve all of Central Texas including Bell and Coryell Counties (Copperas Cove).
