Who We Are

The purpose of AACT is to provide educational opportunities, legislative representation and services to owners, managers and staff of the rental housing industry.


AACT also provides a forum for product and service companies to gain exposure and network with potential and current customers.


​Membership of the AACT is comprised of rental housing owners, managers, supervisors, property management firms, locator services, builders, developers, and product and service vendors. Currently there are over 250 members representing more than 28,000 rental units.

The Apartment Association of Central Texas is a professional trade organization representing the Rental Housing Industry in Bell, Coryell, and Lampasas Counties.


We have over 200 members which include owners, management companies, and businesses that offer products and services to the industry.


The purpose of the Apartment Association of Central Texas is to further the professionalism and integrity of the multi-family housing industry, through professional education, community awareness, and affirmative legislative representation.


​The Apartment Association of Central Texas (AACT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to those involved in the rental housing industry. We are associated with the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and The National Apartment Association (NAA).
