Membership Information

An individual or company that owns and/or actively manages residential property within the counties of Bell, Coryell (Copperas Cove) , or Lampasas. All employees of the member are granted the benefits of the membership.

All units owned or managed must be registered in the "Properties" member type below.

Those businesses that supply products and/or services to the multi-family industry.

Those who do not own or manage units, but wish to support the Apartment Association of Central Texas.

This membership is for anyone who owns and/or manages rental housing consisting of ten (10) or fewer units (front doors).

Annual Membership Dues: $155, due upon application. 

Memberships renew annually and are billed 60 days before the anniversary date (Join date).
